At Holy Cross Catholic High School, inclusion is rooted in our mission statement, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10).

We are committed to ensuring equality of opportunity for every pupil, enabling all young people to flourish academically, spiritually, socially and emotionally within a community founded on our core principles of Love God, Work Hard, Be Kind.

We place a strong emphasis on the early identification and assessment of need, alongside targeted interventions that secure the foundational knowledge and skills required for success across the curriculum. Where additional support is required, provision is implemented through a graduated approach, ensuring that support is personalised, effective and responsive. Working in partnership with families, external agencies and specialist services, we provide comprehensive academic, pastoral and wellbeing support for every pupil.
