Gatsby Benchmarks

At Holy Cross, we build our Careers Provision around what is best for our young people.

Our overriding aim is that every pupil leaves us with the knowledge, values and confidence to succeed.

We are also guided by The Gatsby Benchmarks.  The Gatsby Benchmarks are a set of eight guidelines designed to help schools and colleges deliver high-quality career guidance. They were developed by the Gatsby Foundation based on international best practices and are widely used in the UK as a framework for improving career education:
