Footballer Teal has received a county call-up and dreams of playing for England.
The left back/left winger came through tough trials for Lancashire Under 16s and they played their first match recently.
“There were three trials, there were hundreds of girls, and the squad is just over 20 so I was happy to receive an email saying I was in,” said the 15-year-old.
“I did play for Lancashire Under 14s and my life is football.
“I started when I was about six or seven playing for Euxton Girls team and then captained Adlington Juniors boys team when I was around 12.
“I then got selected by Blackburn Rovers and have been there for three seasons.
“I train for three hours on a Monday and three hours on a Wednesday at UCLAN and my role model is Steph Houghton.
“My dream is to play for England.”
