The Immunisation Team work for Lancashire Care Foundation Trust, they are responsible for delivering school based immunisations in our school and all other high schools in Lancashire.
Immunisation Programmes:
Consent forms are sent home with your child prior to these immunisations and must be signed and returned to school as soon as possible.
