Updated Privacy Information

There is no doubt that you will have been unable to miss the press coverage and number of emails over the last few weeks in the lead up to the launch of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These new policies are a means to allow us to understand more about how companies store and process our personal data.

As an education provider, Holy Cross have a need to store and process information about all staff, pupils, and their families who make up our school community so that we may provide our services.

With this in mind we have made some changes to our Privacy Notices to reflect the changes to data laws in the UK through the General Data Protection Regulations.
